Lovely hotel just outside of Kensington. Cute area and close to transit. Rooms are well appointed and there have restaurants with room service available. Staff at check-in/check-out shockingly cold and unfriendly. Maybe hospitality is different in London?

slept in the churchill suite and was greeted with the dustiest linen known to man with pee stains, was notified that housekeeping was only available in the morning. do not stay if hygiene is of concern.

Nice location and service. Food could have been better (too many scones) The desserts were OK. Had better experience elsewhere. That 330ml Fanta at £4.44 killed it for me!

Very nice and cozy hotel. Everything was well furnished and clean. Buffet is manageable but nothing is actually missing. Beautiful and very nicely decorated, especially at Christmas. Service is super good. Federico was a great service and always friendly and helpful.

Melody restraunt was fab. My friend and I went for the champagne afternoon tea. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly, especially Fredrico . Beautiful little hotel .

Went to the Melody Restaurant here (see review for that) building is stunning and the grounds lovely, must be amazing in the summer

A fantastic stay. Seamless check in and info from Nicolette and a super comfy room with a beautiful restaurant in a historical building. We really Enjoyed it.
